Course Description
This course expands upon the general principals of general botany, molecular biology, chemistry and physics to focus upon factors that influence plant physiology. The course is broken down into three main sections: 1.) Water relations and mineral nutrition; 2.) Bioenergetics and metabolism, 3.) Growth, development and stress physiology. The course assumes an appropriate background in general botany and chemistry. 4 credits, Spring Semester
